First off, these are the only pair of Spys that I own, so I don't have anything else to compare it to. However, there a lot of things I love about these, and only a couple of minor gripes. What I like:
1. The contrast these things offer are amazing, and I love the warm tint these things give toward everything. They're awesome in practically any lighting conditions. Everything looks more beautiful, clear, and easy to see. Best sunglasses I've ever owned, but then again, I've only ever owned cheaper pairs up until now. Boy was I missing out!
2. They look really cool.
What I don't like:
1. It's a petty complaint, but the purple spectra is actually more like a cobalt blue with some purplish undertones. The reason I got the Slaycos instead of the regular Discords were solely because the purple looked so dope in the pictures. I was hoping that the color would be more like what was advertised in the pictures. Just be advised, it's not necessarily bad, just slightly disappointed that they weren't a strong purple color, but it's not a big deal.
2. I wish these had a little bit of rubber around the nose area. I wear a lot of sunscreen and I sweat a lot, and so they do have a tendency to slide down my nose gradually over time. But I get it, that would be just one more part to worry about breaking or wearing out. The simplicity of not having to worry about a part like that might appeal to more people. Even without that, these things do fit really well, as long as my face is dry and not slathered in greasy sunscreen, sweat, or a mixture of both.
All in all, 4. 5 stars out of 5. I will be looking into possibly getting the Monolith as my next purchase. Read LessRead less about First off, these are the only pair of
